Michelle Hearn (aka The Bible Lady) is well known for her expository teaching and social media presence. She considers herself to be a recovering introvert with a passion to help women press into God’s Word, hold on to Jesus, and stand firm in their faith.

Learning and teaching have been a lifelong journey for Michelle. She devoted much of her career to mathematics education while serving over 25 years in church leadership, speaking, and teaching women’s bible study. As a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Michelle earned a master’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and understands the importance of creating an atmosphere of safety and transparency, teaching truth with kindness and compassion.

Michelle and her husband, Shawn, have been married for over 30 years, serving together in ministry, raising two of the most important people in the world, and recently gained two more precious children through marriage.

Michelle’s love for mothering and teaching grew to reach an island called Hispaniola where she and Shawn have served and supported missions to children in the country of Haiti.
